Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with generic, unbranded items purchased from NextFashion. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging where applicable. Final sale items (if labeled at checkout) are not returnable.
How to start a return
Email help@nextfashion.online with your order number, item(s), and reason. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period (typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank).
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered when stock allows. If your size or color is unavailable, we will process a refund or store credit as agreed.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at our expense where appropriate.
