NextFashion ships generic fashion products from our fulfillment operations. Timeframes below are estimates and may vary during sales or carrier delays.
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after checkout (when email collection is enabled on our platform).
Domestic (Japan)
Standard delivery within Japan generally takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout (demo checkout currently uses a flat sample fee for illustration).
International
If international shipping is offered for your destination, duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout. Delivery times vary by country.
Tracking and issues
When tracking is available, we provide a link by email. For lost packages confirmed by the carrier, contact help@nextfashion.online with your order details.
